I always figured I was a moderate... a middle of the road type guy. My first political campaign was Barry Goldwater's... then I joined the Navy and saw some of the world. I figure I'm still a moderate... I'm pretty sure you people to either side of me are nuts.

The world is a lesser place without Chris. I was there when he was killed, and I think about him every single day. I miss him.
I just came back from a patient transport in Iraq and I saw someone wrote his name on the wall of heros in Balad. That memory of the wall will stick with me for the rest of my life. I just wanted anyone who looks at this site to know he has not been forgotten.
He was my friend. We served in blue side together, 3/24 together, volunteered for this mission together. I talked to him two weeks before he died. We were going to get a beer while he told me some stories about his time in Iraq. Good man, good friend, good doc. I'm grateful I knew him.
